IPS was chosen as the design build contractor for Betco’s 15,300-square-foot warehouse expansion onto their existing facility. The pre-engineered building features a truck dock, and a single-slope roof with a height of 25 feet on the high side and 20 feet on the low side. This expansion will significantly enhance the warehouse’s operational capacity by providing additional storage space, improving logistics with a new truck dock, and optimizing interior spaces to better accommodate relocated equipment and new functional areas.

The project also includes equipment relocation, the installation of a trench drain, and the construction of additional rooms within both the current and new structures.
