The 30,000 SF addition onto the original 100,000 SF production area of the facility (where IPS installed 7 pipe insulation lines years ago), will house 2 new pipe insulation lines expanding their production capacity. Our 30 year long standing relationship and our familiarity with the plant proved IPS was the ideal EPC partner for Johns Manville. IPS started design in October of 2018 and broke ground in May of 2019. 

We were responsible for designing and procuring all major equipment except those proprietary to the Johns Manville process. During the 13 months of construction, we self-performed mechanical, electrical and equipment setting. A large portion of the project was the WESP, a large customized piece of equipment that controls/ limits emissions going back into the environment.
