
Electrical Estimator
As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for calculating cost estimates/bidding projects as well as being involved in the planning, development, negotiation, and contract execution of electrical projects.
Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 per year. Full time position.

Responsibilities
- Determine the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor
- Research construction documents, drawings, and analyze specifications
- Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work
- Manage prequalification and bid submissions
- Prepare estimates to meet project goals, such as hours, sequencing tasks obtaining materials, and securing the best prices with vendors and suppliers
- Formulate contingency plans and effectively manage risks that might impact cost and time estimates
- Collaborate with other team members, conduct site visits, deliver bids, and present to clients when required

Qualifications
- Have past experience as an estimator or in some sort of estimating capacity in the electrical construction industry
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to closely collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders
- Advanced computer skills and competency with software such as Accubid, Microsoft project, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Ability to travel as needed and perform site visits
- Extensive knowledge of the construction market and industry best practices
- Posses a valid driver’s license and provide your own reliable transportation
