The arch building at Anderson’s main facility needed the shuttle conveyor replaced. Our team demolished conveyors 14 & 15 and reinstalled a new stainless steel tripper conveyor. It is 420 feet long, 8 foot tall and suspended 70 feet from the wooden arches toward the roof of the building.

After constant maintenance, the arch building was in dire need of a new automated system that would run more efficiently to transfer fertilizer in and out of the facility. The new conveyor line brings in the bulk nutrients from semi trucks, the hopper then unloads them into the specified bays below. The nutrients then get blended into fertilizer and transported to another building for further processing.
