We are very proud to share with you that we have reached another major safety milestone – IPS has worked over 1.5 million man-hours without a lost time incident!
As of July 31, 2023, IPS has reached 1,617,638 man-hours without a lost time incident.
Our marketing team took commemorative t-shirts and a banner to a majority of our project sites so all of our employees could sign it and grab a high-vis 1.5 million manhours designed shirt. The banner will eventually be hung in our office to keep as a reminder of this awesome accomplishment.
Achieving a milestone like this is only possible if each and every one of our associates as well as everyone on our jobsites, are committed to following IPS’ safe work procedures and abiding by our Code of Excellence. Not only do we expect our employees and associates to make this commitment at work, but develop these habits in everything we do in our daily lives. Our goal stands at zero incidents and we want all our IPS team members to return home from work in the same condition they arrived. Please continue to keep safety top of mind in everything you do.
