procurement and construction for the power station expansion
project at EDI’s Lorain County Landfill.
POET Biorefining
IPS was responsible for the carbon steel and stainless steel utility and production piping. POET acted as the General Contractor and IPS self-performed all piping work.
The Dayton Power & Light, Co.
IPS fabricated large bore piping for the Dayton Power and Light tank farm which serviced the JM Stuart 2,400 megawatt power plant in Aberdeen, Ohio. IPS fabricated and installed 24”, 16” and 10” Schedule stainless pipe.
Troy Energy Peaking Plant
IPS was the General Contractor for a new electrical generator single cycle peaking plant in Luckey, Ohio. This project included the installation of (4) GE Frame 7 Turbine Generators. IPS was responsible for laying concrete foundations, installing underground piping and electrical systems, BOP piping, BOP electrical, inlet exhaust duct system, fire protection systems, installed all Centerline equipment, Centerline piping and electrical, Centerline fire suppression system, instrumentation, high voltage duct, calibration, operation and maintenance building.
